I have very rarely seen stock "factory" push rod tubes leak. I wouldn't know
about some of the after market ones available now.
I don't even trust the machined aluminum ones. I have seen too many of these
leak.
Usually, it is the seals that leak, or possibly a leak at the cylinder base
gaskets.
