Hi All- I recently ordered parts from ISP West as well, and although the orders came through quickly and correctly, a week after I received an order I received an identical package with the same items... of course charged again to my credit card! Needless to say I was a bit POed, as I predicted I would be stuck with the return shipping. I called ISP West and after receiving a seemingly genuine apology was politely told that if I returned the items with the receipt I would get a full refund including return shipping. Despite the hassle having to reship they were good to their word and promptly refunded my money plus the return shipping charges. My point in telling this story is this: I think they mean well and try to run a good business, but perhaps their shipping department/person needs to be a bit more on-the-ball!
