I don't think it can be a failing hose. I replaced every single fuel hose in
the whole car. And I figure that I clamped all the hoses properly since I
don't have any fuel leaks.

Pressure loss after standing can also be a failing fuel hose.  These can
allow air in through becoming slightly porous.  One club member also found
some FI cleaner fuel-additive cured his.
