[T3] Anybody ever restored a Fuel Tank?

Anybody ever restored a Fuel Tank?  I called several body shops,
radiator shops and general automotive shops today looking for somebody
to restore my fuel tank.  It dosent have any holes, but I have been
noticeing rust in my fuel filter.  I pulled the sending unit and looked
down in it with a flash light and it looks a little rusty, not too bad.
Not great either.  The local auto parts store said that they can get me
some stuff ordered to coat the inside with called red coat.  Anybody
ever use this before?  Looks like since I can't find anyone to do this,
I'll be doing this myself.  Any suggestions will be very helpful.
