My driver's side door doesn't line up quite right. It's almost there, but not exact. I loosened up the screws and fiddled with infinite adjustments with no progress. Actually, I had the opposite of progress (would that be congress?? hmmm....interesting =) I ended up taking off the door to find that the top hinge is sloppy and worn out. I know that bug hinge pins can be drilled out and replaced because they are so easy to get to, but what about type 3's? I'd rather not go through the hell of finding a decent one year only door (67) driver's side at that. Does anyone have any pearls of wisdom for me? Maybe how to fix this?
