Are those Type 3s that have had Type 4 engines installed now Type 4s? Is an early 60s Type 2 with a 1500 engine a Type 3? The car is a Brazillian VW 4-Portas c. 1970 and I think originally came with a Type 1 engine, but is obviously based on/related to the Type 3.
