Neat car is right. I've never seen anything like it here in Brasil, but then I'm in the rust belt. Volkswagens here are Rarely treated well. There are a few ratty squarebacks around, but they have the ugliest nose. One or two fastbacks in town, generally well taken care of. It is practically impossible to export a vintage car from Brasil. It is expressly forbidden in whatever initial information you find when researching the subject, so this guy must have had contacts. Also interesting that the ad lists 27,500 miles instead of km. Supposedly the car was marketed to South America. The manual in the last picture is in Portuguese.
