Thanks to all that responded to my tire question asking about the difference between 135 or 145 tires and the closer-to-stock 165 tires. I am currently using 165/15 Michelin XZX tires on stock (steel) rims. I have a set of aftermarket alloy rims that I wanted to occasionally use on the car. Should I mount a new set of XZX tires on these rims? I was hoping to find a less-costly alternative, even though I realize the XZX tires are very good.
