I check at the fuse and I am not getting any power now. Are you checking with the key on? If the key is on then check for power on both sides of the fuse. This may tell you something. These fans often fail because the water drain hoses have plugged up and now the fan housing can fill up with water. The plugs for the wiper/turn signal switch are tight. I'm going out tonight and take my meter to it and see if I can't figure something out.
