That's all you need.  I spent less than $8 on materials at my
local hardware store.  Buy a 60psi gage (plumbing dept.).  I say
60psi because gages tend to be most accurate in the middle of
their range.  You are looking to measure around 30psi, so get a
60psi gage.  Also a 5/16" nipple for the gage.  Then a piece of
fuel line to connect the gage to the fuel rail.
