First off, with 1776 and the green injectors your running WAY too rich!! and
trying to compensate with lowering fuel pressure will cause and improper
spray pattern and any number of possible running problems... these injectors
are ment to run at a constant pressure.. not like the L jet ones.

So.. install the proper yellow ones and adjust the pressure to 30 and see
what happens... you may have the wrong pressure sensor for this set-up too.

Perhaps your floating your valves... what setup do you have?  The FI will
not limit RPM if setup properly but perhaps the aftermarket ignition will.
