Here's what I recommend:

Send your case to RIMCO for align bore, case savers, and drill and 
tap for full flow oil filter.
Send your crank to Berg for counterweighting. Send all the moving 
parts and have them balanced together. Buy swivel foot rocker 
screws and full flow filter stuff.
Buy Berg's sheets on porting and do that to your heads. Get the 
valves and heads done; replace all the exhaust valves.
I would stick with a stock, or VERY mild, cam.

The real secret is careful assembly and take your time.
