[T3] Possible engine upgrades for FI system

I recently had my engine out to change the clutch and realised I had to change the oil seal and shimm up the end float but now have gone the whole hog and dismantled the whole engine for a major rebuild. This means changing barels, pistons etc etc. I would really like to increase the power of my engine and need some advice. I want to keep the fuel inection system as I finaly feel that I have control over it and I find it rather apealing. Is it possible to increase the engine size while keeping the fuel injection... for instance could a larger cam be fitted...

Any modifications or sugestions would be greatly appreciated.
