What is it and what should i do!?!?!? You have either a clogged rubber line to the LF rotor and/or a frozen LF caliper. Open the bleeder valve on that caliper. Fluid should freely drip from it with no pumping. If it does not, replace the hose. If it does, rebuild the caliper. I can rebuild your caliper for you if you wish, but you should not drive the car like this.
