Yes, I actually own several slide rules! I used to keep 1 in every
glove box to figure gas mileage, but I've gotten lazy lately. Many
years ago I served as the navigator in a few time-speed-distance
road ralleys with friends. The only option at that time was a slide
rule--and we even WON a couple of them!
