[T3] Push rod tubes early T4 (in a bus)

Ok, that push rod tube has been discontinued from Volkswagen of America
so I tried to find if Porsche had them available. (914)  Unfortunately,
Porsche has discontinued that early tube also.  Sounds like it is time
for a pair of heads...... (Gulp)
