[T3] frozen rear brakes

Hello All,

Was a bit surprised to find my rear shoes frozen to the hubs this
morning.  No, the temps. here are not below freezing.  It did rain last
night though.  Could things have rusted up in 12 hrs.?  Yes, I do drive
this daily and this is the first problem I have had.  It's not like the
car has been sitting for months.  It's is a '67 Square.

Any ideas?
