Actually, ;)ÈR eetle wheel should not rub as much as the 46mm Type3 wheel, because the rim and tire is placed more away form the inner wheel well. It can rub in the fender, however. That depends of how much difference there is from stock. If you exceed 20mm difference, the bearings can suffer from excessive wear.
