The torsion bar should be 23.5mm dia x 676mm long and marked with 1 white
ring for the Squareback.  The Fastback and Notch have 22mm dia. for softer
springing, and have no marking.  These are for all double-joint axles;
earlier ones have different sizes (lengths/thickness).
