I'm assuming that this feels like someone is turning your key off and 
on for you.

This is not a fuel pump or line problem, but it could be a water in 
the gas problem. If it has nothing to do with where you buy gas, then 
it is not a gas proÿl`Ãy first suggestion would be that you should check all your FI wiring 
for loose connections. If you find nothing, then clean the trigger 
points in the distributor. Nothing fancy, just clean off any obvious 
dirt and run a clean piece of paper between the points.

Or I can rebuild your distributor for you.
