can you stand one more? Geotechnical engineer (a civil eng. specialty). Lately I do mostly foundation engineering for industrial, port, and offshore industries. I used to do a lot of earth and rock fill dams, though. A current major job we have is the geotech work for the new east span of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge (damaged in that 1989 earthquake...). Mostly, though I'm a dad (4 great kids) and husband (1 great wife). Also learning a lot about my Type3 (with help from the books and the list). Right now it's up on stands in the garage. Just replaced the center brake line and master cylinder, and I'm overhauling my calipers and gas tank. And poking at and scraping some rust that I find along the way. üf ry anxious to get the car back on the road, but I keep finding things that I should do. I envy you people with cars that you can actually drive right now! -Mark '70 Fastback, diamond blue (great color), dual carbed by a PO near Oakland, CA ------------------------------------------------------------------- Too much?
