yeah, i wouldn't blindly replace them either; esp. not at >$40 each. disconnect the fuel lines, disconnect the FI wires from the injectors, remove the injectors, reconnect the fuel lines, reconnect the wires, and then turn on the ignition (maybe you have to crank, i'm not sure). or better, have someone else do it, so you can see better. you want to see a nice conical spray of gas from each injector, and no dripping/leaking. do this for both sides. i think i'm right in saying that they shouldn't go bad now if you're using the car regularly (i.e. once a fortnight or more). they usually go bad from having stale gas or no gas in them for a while, causing seals to dry up, and rust to form. also, you should probably count on replacing the injector boots (both ends, 8 in all) when you're there. they're available from rocky mountain motorworks 1.800.258.1996 for <Aß¾› nny ------------------------------------------------------------------- Too much?
