I need a new muffler. I have this GT tip muffler and its just ridiculous, to me. I'm looking for something a little more understated and quiet and I dont have the opportunity to go to swap meets. Any recommendations? And I have these heat exchange hoses and they keep crisping on me. What up with these things?I thought they were supposed to withstand heat. I got em from Bill and Steves, and they said yes these are T3 hoses (the silver accordion type duct ones) and I was just thankful they actually FIT but after 3 months they're all fried. Cracked right at the hose clamp. Assistance plese.
