[T3] Suicide Notch is on the Road!! ( one small problem)

I drove my  notch  Saturday from L.A. to Signal Hill (60 miles round trip) and
I had a ball!! people turning their heads asking me what is that!! and even
old ladies were giving me the thumbs up! but  I  did have 2 problems (one I
fis¯7odn't know I needed a resistor on the coil) but the other problem is
that I  had very strong gas fumes in the passenger compartment and I was
wondering that since I have dual carbs do I need to install a breather box? Is
that what is causing the problem? and if that is the problem, which hoses do I
run to the box.  Any info any one can offer is appreciated.
