To be honest I've wondered the same thing. The dash does have a little area below the ash tray that looks like it might be the spot. The top also has the "grill" for mounting a speaker inside. BTW- had to take my car out for a littl„Ÿhtrip today. First time in a long time it's gone more than 2-3 miles at a shot. It was a 175 mile round trip and the car did great. I figure I got something around 32 miles to the gallon. The only tough part was dealing with the other vehicles. In Montana we don't have a posted speed limit and most people average 90 or so. It's tough when they fly-by with me only doing 55-60. ---------- > From: James MacNaughton <JMac@uglyduckling.com> > To: type3@vwtype3.org > Subject: RE: [T3] Stockers Unite! > Date: Thursday, March 11, 1999 8:33 AM > > it was the right thing to do. > > >>>Good lad. > > I'm also in the predicament concerning a radio.
