Gee, guys, you are missing the boat.  ATF (or diesel fuel) will attract
any water in the cylinders.  Hopefully, you would pump the ATF out
before putting the spark pugs back in.  This is a boat salvage trick -
fill everything (yes, everything: block, cylinders, rocker area, intake
and exhaust maniZ終(verything you can reach) in the engine with ATF
(or diesel fuel) to get out any residual water in an engine that has
been under water.
