There is a bolt with a 13mm head that points down in front (front‹•2‘nt) of the pedal cluster. That is the stop plate adjustment. Loosten that bolt while holding the pedals, slide the stop plate to where you need it, then retighten. Repeat until you have just a bit of free play in the brake pedal and the stop plate is straight L-R. At this point the brake and clutch pedals should both be at the same depth. You may need to readjust the clutch free play (back at the tranny) at this point. You are shooting for ~1mm of free play at the MC, but you can't measure it there. The important thing is that there is SOME positive amount of free play. You can figure that the play at the top of the pedal is about 4-5 times the play at the MC.
