Do you mean the little vent windows in the doors? If they are loose and won't stay open, then there is a screw adjustment accessible after you remove the door panel that tightens the friction on the pivot post just below that window. Tighten it a bit with a phillips driver while you turn the window. Stop when the friction seems about right.
