Are these supposed to be readily available at parts > stores (ha ha). Use a hammer and a chisel on the outside edge of • –H. Cut a notch and then drive the head tangentially to loosten it. These bolts just keep the drum in place while you change tires. The real work is normally done by the lug bolts. So you don't need to worry about replacing the bolts afterwards; just reuse the old damaged bolts. Once you have the bolts out you will discover that the drums don't want to come off the hub. The easiest way to remove them is to heat just outside the hub until they go "TINK" and pop loose.
