Use a hammer and a chisel on the outside edge of •
–H. Cut a
notch and then drive the head tangentially to loosten it. These bolts
just keep the drum in place while you change tires. The real work is
normally done by the lug bolts. So you don't need to worry about
replacing the bolts afterwards; just reuse the old damaged bolts.

Once you have the bolts out you will discover that the drums don't
want to come off the hub. The easiest way to remove them is to heat
just outside the hub until they go "TINK" and pop loose.
