The outer wing is off the car just now (indeed all four are). So I guess this is the inner wing. There is a gutter like piece of metal running down toward亙ont end. The metal at the bottom, beside the flaps (to the front of the car) is rusted through, I could see day light, that was why I started poking around. I was thinking more about the missing tubing from the heat exchanger to the bottom of the back seat. I'm sure it's not a good thing to have the end of the heater channel open to the underside of the car. I was worrying about exhaust gasses being drawn inside. I was wondering if hot air central heating trunking could be pressed into service here. If the temp isn't too high I could try the plastic tubes used for tumble driers but I'm a little worried about the proximity to the exhaust and high temps. aedan --------------------------------------------------------- Cyberdog ---A Product of Apple Computer, Inc. --------------------------------------------------------- 1971 VW fastback 1989 Volvo 240GL Our enemies shall talk themselves to death, and we will bury them with own confusion.
