I connected the horn directly to 12v, but got nothing more than a click out
of it, which is why I was wondering if there was some other funky component
in the horn circuit to worry about. I also took the whole thing (horn) apart
and cleaned it, with no luck.
I'll check the horn wiring itself by connecting a little test light to it.
