Most people allow for some bargaining on the price. They come in 2 volumes; maybe with the parts book too? I saw the 61 parts book offered in the UK at £35 ($56). At least the books are useful, better value than some items people put on their cars costing $200. If the manuals have been updated by a dealer, they are quite useful files to have. If mint and original, they're valuable for a different reason. Dave.
