There are lots of noises to be heard. Try to put the screwdriver on solid parts, not sheetmetal because that can ring and transmit sounds strangely. If you actually mean right FRONT, then it leads to the charcoal cannister mounted over the tranny. A red hose leading down to the head at right rear is part of the crankcase ventilation system; lets fresh air into the engine and originally came from a filtered port on the air cleaner.
