Door screws are easy with an impact driver - even the set you hit with a hammer. You also get a useful 1/2" driver for the bits on the one I bought. Heater mixer; if you ever used the ones without the feature, you'll know it can get pretty hot. Maybe you have holes in the sills (rockers) or wheel wells behind the fenders. Yes, front axles rust on Type 3s too, but maybe not quite as often. OTOH, I saved a good front axle and took out the torsion arms to find they were badly chewed up. That car had done 80,000 miles, was greased regularly and had no rock on the torsion arms. Dave.
