This is the right relay. Of the 4 wires:

One red goes comes from the fuse box (16 A, always on)
One red goes to the fuel pump (joins with a brown which is the ground 
return from the other side of the pump.)

Of the other 2 in the block, 
one comes from the FI power relay under the back seat, and
the other goes to the FI brain which gives it a ground when the time 
is right.

Hazard light shouldn't affect it. I suspect it has been rewired....
