Check your alignment, all 4 wheels. As Keith said, lack of caster angle can do this (is your car really easy to steer at slow speeds?) as can toe-out on either fronts or rears. Are all your bushings solid? Also, some tires are a lot more stable than others- so fit a set of wide rims and 205-35-15's and you'll be set <grin> Toby B > but once we get up to highway speeds and the wind kicks in (or a semi > passes), the car seems to dance all over the place.
