[T3] one piece windows for T3

Can anyone give me some pointers on how to install one piece windows in my 65 
square?  I bought the kit through Bill and Steves, and yes it came with 
directions, but they seem to be a bit foreign.  Kit came with 
regulators,felt,glass, and all hardware.  Do I need to remove the old track 
from the inside of the door?  HELP...
