Clutch adjustment will only help if you find that there is NO free 
play. If the clutch slips with any freeplay at all then you have a 
clutch problem that can only be cured by going in there and fixing 
something. Probably several somethings. If you stop driving it now, 
it MAY save you some parts and some money.
