[T3] Weber mounting

I have dual Webers and no holes are cut.  I guess it would depend on the
intake manifold used.  I'm sure with tall intakes and taller filters (I
have the low round K&N), some "clearancing" would need to be done.

HP is a subjective issue.  Depends upon the cam, intake(s), head work,
exhaust, etc.  With the right setup, you could make a single carb engine
with more HP than a dual carb engine.  Sometimes (most times?) the setup
used is matter of taste, personal opinion, etc.  Of course, price plays
a role, at least for me!
