Let's not start a geo-based flame war, kids  :-O

Many view the T3 as a low profit source for the business so they don't care
if they lose it.  They just don't realize that they hurt the rest of their
bREMšby doing so.  Customers talk to other potential customers and word
of mouth, like we're seeing, is the best and freeist (hey Phil, is that a
word?) source of advertising.  It's unfortunate that many companies don't
recognize the fact that without customers they'd have no business!  Those
who give me poor phone support don't get my cash support.  Simple.

Spending some (minor) time on the East Coast (outside of NYC) I found them
to be just as hospitable as West Coasters.  Yeah, we *seem* to have the
crackheads who carry a gun illegally and they scare me as well.  They are
one of the reasons I carry one legally-- a 40-cal. Glock, thank you -- and
have greatly improved upon my patience towards stupid (read: OREGON)
drivers.  A middle finger vs. a bullet...hmmm, think I'll just ignore 'em or
give a smiley-wave (which pisses them off but doesn't create the violent
urge to attack me).
