I run a system like this on my Opel. Its a little unit my father built in the late 70's and has a REALLY hot spark, BIG improvement over the orig opel system. 130K on the points, but my one BIG complaint is that they do need cleaning once and a while, easy to do with my buisness card but when the hoods frozen shut in the middle of the winter I get a little hot! The pointless system is the right way to go . Of course my Square is stock and will remain so.
