Correct on all 5 counts!

Caliper repair kits come with new bolts, but I have never bothered to 
use them. These bolts are grade 10 bolts, so don't be tempted to 
substitute ordinary grade 8s. If you want new ones I can sell you new 
ones along with the LF brake like you need. ;-)
