Its a certificate you get when you send the VIN # to the VW
museum(or where ever).They send available info about your car on official VW
stationary.

I got mine in about 3-4 weeks, times vary too.
I found out that my 65 notch has the original motor. It states the color,
mfg. date, delivery date and engine s/n.
