Right hand tunnel lever up turns on heat. Left hand lever up makes it come out at the rear too. Sliding knobs on side of door pillar make foot outlets work (up is on). Open left hand door and move lever on B-pillar out to open the boot. Gosh - look at all that extra luggage space. Or is it the engine cover you mean. Metal rings turn latches underneath. Sometimes rubbers stick firmly; look up from underneath to check what the latches are doing. Seat belts are old/faulty/you're on a steep slope. Good luck - enjoy the car. Dave.
