I started a 67 Fast after a long soak at -28F and YES it had stock carbs!

	I don't have a sump heater, but I have seen them for sale as an aftermarket 
	product at an autoparts store a few years back. My car (73 SB with FI) will 
	start in weather as cold as -30 F as long as it is running synthetic oil. 
	 At temperatures below this, the starter will not turn the engine over fast 
	enough to start the engine.

	Let me know if you run across a supply of these units.
