|There is very little difference between the cases.  You will need one
|FI head, however.  The left FI head has a threaded boss for the
|cylinder head temp sensor.  The carbed engines did not have this.


I know the heads are different but can I use the same engine case?
What is the little difference you talking about?.


|The T prefix is part of the Engine Number and simply designates the
|type and serial # of the engine as it was built up at the factory.
|It is not the case part number.
