There is very little difference between the cases. You will need one FI head, however. The left FI head has a threaded boss for the cylinder head temp sensor. The carbed engines did not have this. The T prefix is part of the Engine Number and simply designates the type and serial # of the engine as it was built up at the factory. It is not the case part number.
