All of you waiting for stock radio information will just have to forgive
me- I was too busy this weekend scrambling to find a car for the wife,
since both my bus and my fastback have been taken out of the running.

After ALMOST buying a 69 Autostick bug (And I think FI is odd!! SHEESH!)
I turn away from the dark side and track down a lead on a square. And
there she sat, on jack stands- a 67 beater sqaure, pimped out in
redneck fasion, with torn up scat seats and a weird indy steering wheel,
mismatched rims, blue vinyl and woodgrain contact paper interior, and
silver spraypainted engine, complete with spray painted carbs and
airfilters. one peice windows in the front AND back.

I know the previous owner, so I buy it off this guy, ecure the original
rims and seats (In peices, and limp the thing over to my friends house
to salvage what I can. She runs good, bu tthe new crossshaft had
shifted to the left, knocking off the throwout bearing. Cheap urethane
bushing- Heavy duty crosshaft my butt.

Anyway, so I now have a odd, crazy, square that needs arcrres of love
but runs. Need to throw away the carpet remanents that cover the floor.
Patch the deck. Sand some of the bondo globs.

One good side is that the dumb guy didn't really mess with the engine my
friend had made, so It should run a long time. Its one of those engine
that you have to remember the stats on, so you can rattle it off and
impress people. Something like a 1679 with machine matched somethings
and dual 40 ICTs. Is that right? has carbs that BARELY fir under the
deck...

Does have a pull back sunroof. Sweet!
