Make sure the bulb is good, and that you're looking at the right bulb. I think it's the one on the far right. Verify that there is voltage between the wire and ground with the key ON. That wire is not a part of the FI harness. In a 69 there should only be one wire in that part of the harness, although starting in 70, I think, a second (red) wire appeared. It is possible that the wrong wire is hooked your sensor. What color is that wire?
