Doug,
	$100 for a *perfect* door... sure, but not for one with a dent.
It really boils down to how badly you want it & how badly the owner wants
to sell. If it isn't an immediate necessity & you don't think she might
sell it to someone else, after all how much demand is there in your area
for this door,  I'd hold out until a more reasonable figure was reached. 
Just my $.02 worth.
